Sugar Cookies

	Yields:	7 or 8 dozen cookies
	Ingredients:	2/3 cup lard or butter 2 1/4 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 1/3 cups sour milk 5 cups Daisy pastry flour 2 teaspoons soda 3 teaspoons soda
Directions: Stir together lard and sugar Add eggs and beat Stir in sour milk Mix dry ingredients together and add Drop by large spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each cookie Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until light golden brown
